This is one in a series of surreal birds that flew out of my subconscious.
 
'Oculus Avis' is Latin, literally for Eye Bird. Sometimes, creatures from my mind require Latin names.
'The Majestic Royal-' seemed required. As was, the cute colts referred to as 'Eye-Boogers'.
