Zen Pod
An organic abstract pen and ink drawing that emerged from a meditative creative process.
 
      To create these drawings, I meditate and then pick up my pen. Sometimes, they are finished in a few hours, sometimes in sessions over several days. Using India ink on watercolor paper, I let the composition grow naturally, like an unknown seed sprouting from my subconscious, resulting in a freeform balance of lines and shapes—part alien seed pod, part sea creature—that feels both mysterious and harmonious.
